Special Insurance-Investigator Dan Kennedy and his wonder dog, Tarzan the Police Dog, are called in to investigate the persistent robbing of a shipping-and-storage warehouse in Los Angeles.

The story revolves around a mysterious series of warehouse robberies perpetrated by a gang of clever thieves who have an inside contact with an international importing firm, so are tipped about the movement of valuable goods.
