A young-adult MS patient joins an "invisible illness" support group, which helps her cope with her disease.

The film follows an aspiring actress named Delilah, who has Remitting-Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), which causes muscle weakness and fatigue. Her symptoms flare up at the worst time possible. She lost her job, she keeps getting rejected at casting calls, and her best friend Lily can't relate to her anymore. Feeling alone, she decides to check out an MS support group in the city. There, she meets and befriends Liam, an ambulatory wheelchair user with progressive MS, and Meadow, a pharmacist with alopecia. Together, they learn to cope with illness through companionship, humor, and ambition.
