The story of a man whose dreams are crushed by the realities of stardom, and his anger for the woman who loved him. Midnight Train to Georgia is a bittersweet tale of love, faith, and the power to overcome it all.

During the early 1960s through the mid 70s Black Hollywood was on the rise. With it rose three friends from Philadelphia, Henrietta, Jaylyn and Evelyn who would go on to form a girl group called The Diamonds. When Kenneth, an aspiring movie star from Georgia enters the picture he attempts to hang on the coat tails of his girlfriend Evelyn's success hoping to stir up some accomplishments of his own. When his career eventually stalls he is left with nothing but a deep animosity towards the one true supporter of his career.
