Mexico, 1910. President Diaz rules over 300 rich families and thousands of peasants in hunger. Madero, born a millionaire, wants a change according to liberal ideas. He starts a revolution, soon joined by Pancho Villa, a guerrilla, and Emiliano Zapata, the Indian leader of the farm workers. Madero is declared the winner in Mexico City.—Artemis-9
