Nick, a child haunted by "The Dollman," goes mad, kills his parents, and is institutionalized. After twenty years, he escapes and continues his rampage disguised in a homemade Dollman outfit.

Possessed by an ominous presence known as "The Dollman", a young boy murders his parents in cold blood, and is then sentenced to life under a microscope at the state mental hospital. But evil cannot be contained so easily, as "The Dollman" simply bides his time, dwelling within the boy, waiting for the day when he will become powerful enough to completely take over his human host and escape.—Chris Notarile
