Toby works as a police officer in a small town with Mieke who is madly in love with him. Toby is in love with Mega Mindy, the secret alter ego of Mieke. When Mieke is kidnapped and can intervene as Mega Mindy, it's time for Mega Toby.

The commissioner is the 'general' in charge of a 1942 battle reconstruction in the town's military domain. He orders Mieke to guard the forbidden zone, which contains the national HQ where resides 'mother superior', a super computer (except by Bliep's standards), which must take charge of all computer-controls in the country during a war or comparable emergency. Crook Hannes and his ICT-gifted accomplice, Wannes, plan to seize it so they can rob all banks. As they kidnap Mieke, grandpa remembers Mega Mindy gets all her powers from Bliep, so he now transforms 'Mega' Toby to save her, the village and the country. He does so more cunningly the Mindy.
