Hatsumi Kitahara, a 26-year-old dental hygienist, just wants to live an average life, but her father, Kyotaro, moves in wanting to spend time with her after a nine year separation while serving as a naval officer. He is still used to thinking of her as his little girl, but she is all grown up and dating. In fact, marriage becomes the main focus in her life when three guys propose to her: Ryohei Noma, the director of the clinic Hatsumi works at, Keiichiro Shinoda, a multi-billionaire who succeeded in the IT industry, and Hajime Maruyama, Hatsumi's ex-boyfriend from junior high school, who is now a part-time worker.
