A man sent to prison for killing the drunk driver who accidentally killed his girlfriend is framed for the murder of another inmate. He escapes, and sets off on a mission to clear his name, leaving a bloody trail behind him.

Frank Stanton (Roddy Piper), behind bars for killing the drunk driver who took his fiance's life, witnesses the murder of a fellow inmate by two guards. Realizing they've been seen, they immediately open fire forcing Stanton to escape the prison. Now a "marked man," Stanton must prove his innocence while evading a manhunt to take him down. On the run, he uncovers a conspiracy between the prison guards, the murdered inmate's wife (Alina Thompson) and security agency owner Vince Malick (Miles O'Keeffe). Stanton must battle Malick and his lethal henchmen in order to prove his innocence and save his life.
