Summaries

A naive young mermaid journeys to the surface in search of her two sisters.

"Marinara" is about the triplets born from the love between a mermaid and a man. To save them from danger, the triplets were separated after birth. If the predictions of the wise-men of the kingdom of Laot-Daot come true, one of the triplets will come back to be their queen. The triplets are Marie, a conservative yet very studious person; Aira, a spoiled brat whose passion is acting and her dream is to win an Oscar; and Dolphina is a mermaid who will unfortunately be accidentally caught by fishermen and made the main attraction of a local carnival.—Anonymous

Rufa Mae Quinto plays a trio of quirky sisters who haven't seen each other since the day they were born. Naive mermaid Dolphina braves the surface to find her two sisters, impoverished student Marie and spoiled celebrity Aira, who were both born with legs instead of fins. Her goal is compromised when she gets captured and made the star attraction of a local fair. She befriends and falls for her handsome caretaker, Felipe (Alfred Vargas), which stirs the jealousy of Tara (Gladys Reyes), the "human spider." Melanie Marquez also stars as the evil sorceress Zadama.—wiggydsadist
