"Mariana de la noche" / "Dark Fate" (2003-2004) is a sad story about a young woman which everybody believed is cursed, because every man that falls in love with her soon or later is killed by mysterious and strange sucarstations. Mariana wants to love and to be loved, but she doesn't know that her father Atilio keeps a dark secret - he is madly in love with her and jealous her from everything and everybody. One night when Mariana walk in the mountain she meet with Ignacio, a young man who is back in the village to face his demons from the past. Mariana and Ignacio fall in love with each other from the first sight and every night they meet in the mountain, because she is afraid that if someone sees them in day , Ignacio also will be killed from her "curse".
