A story of determination of a girl Manshaa, who fights against all odds to safeguard her family pride.

It is also a love story in which Vinay , Rohit and Manshaa sacrifice everything to find their true love. The story spreads the message effectively that though it may seem difficult, but it is not actually impossible to restore and uphold the traditional values of a joint family.

Manshaa is a beautiful, soft spoken, shy and demure girl of about twenty. Basically a small town girl Manshaa comes to Mumbai when her brother Ashok is transferred there. Life with her brother Ashok and Bhabhi Renu is predictable and mundane - helping Renu with the housework, giving time to Ashok and Renu's son, who simply dotes on his bua. But life has a great deal in store for Manshaa and she is taken by it all. In college, Manshaa is thrown in contact with Ria - a girl from a wealthy family, who is modern and extrovert. Manshaa herself is shy and an introvert. Yet the two hit it off together and forge a friendship on an altogether different level. They soon become inseparable doing everything together. Two young men fall for the unpretentious and simple Manshaa. One is Rohit, an advertising agency guy who is mesmerized by simply looking at her. He tries to tell Manshaa that he has fallen in love with her at first sight, but is waiting for the right chance. The other is Ria's own brother Vinay, who like his sister is gregarious and friendly. He starts wooing Manshaa immediately. However Manshaa likes only one guy. Whom does Manshaa love and whom does she marry ultimately???
