Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) special agent Sam (Ana Jalandoni), is fastidious and hard to please according to her chief and lover, Armando (Aljur Abrenica). For almost a year in the field, she has become a big asset to the bureau. His father, Gregor (Allan Paule), was a former CIB agent who was killed. His murder case is still left unsolved. Sam's relationship with her mother, Emily (Rosanna Roces), is a mess after the tragic event of having the head of the family killed. The murder ruined her life yet her mother did nothing. Consecutive crimes will take place, such as killing and cutting of penis among four former agents. Characters will emerge like Ching-Sun Chang, a Korean national involved in a transaction with a drug syndicate, Amante (Kiko Matos), a former CIB agent, Amanda, a religious volunteer of Brother Miguel (Christian Vasquez) who's also a former agent and a TV evangelist, Kelvin, a gun for hire commissioned by Mayor Tadeo (Mark Manicad), a corrupt politician and an ex-CIB agent, and Tatty, a high-class escort girl who became a client of Lander (Marco Alcaraz), a human trafficker and a former CIB agent. One serial killing will happen in a different time and situation all manipulated by one person. All the victims are former agents of then senior deputy agent Armando. He insisted solving the case, but he was targeted by the police authorities for his obvious anomalies. He doesn't know that his girlfriend Sam is the daughter of the murdered Gregor he masterminded himself. His men left the service after the horrible operation and Armando remained in the service. He doesn't know that his loved and trusted person in solving all their cases was a big threat to his life. After that, Sam finds out that Armando ordered the killing of her father that caused her suffering and also when the said agents repeatedly molested and abused her that caused her violent psychopathic situation. Before she gets to kill Armando, Sam's secret will be discovered. The police will emerge to arrest Armando when they found her manifesting a different behavior, fast cuts of different characters like Chin-Sun Chang, Kelvin, Amanda and Tatty killing each of the four former agents all in one personality of Sam. Before the story ends, Sam escapes a mental institution. Inside the cell where Armando is detained, she will appear as another disguised character.
