Manchester Exchange is a studio-based topical debate programme dealing with a range of issues relevant to the local multi-ethnic audience of Greater Manchester. Each week, the programme features significant contributions from the key players in the local community and provides a much-needed springboard for local debate by taking a national issue and bringing it home to Manchester.
