Lalabelle, a witch from the land of magic, is coming to earth to stop evil wizard Biscus.

A magical girl television series. Lalabel starts out as a resident of a magical world, until she catches the thief Biscus in the process of stealing magical items. A random swing of Biscus' magic wand exiles both of them to the planet Earth. Lalabel is found unconscious by the Tachibanas, an elderly couple who decide to take the orphan girl under their wing. Lalabel is initially focused only on stopping Biscus' plans. But she grows familiar with human culture, she bonds with her surrogate family, and she gains several human friends. A couple of old earthians who are sad to see their own grand daughter leave them to live with her parents decide quite happily to adopt Lalabelle.
