The organization SHOT is the last line of defense against the Jamanga, the evil demon army lead by Dr. Wyrm and his evil henchmen. SHOT combats the enemy forces by deploying the Madan Warriors to engage in battle against them.

Akebono City is a peaceful community overflowing with humanity. Since there was a Power Spot that released magical power in the community, the people were distressed by the threat of the demon army Jamanga who are gathering Minus Energy from the frightened masses for a sinister purpose. The secret organization SHOT was formed to protect the people of the community from the Jamanga, concealing their existence as ordinary members of the Akebono Police Station, which considers demons beyond their jurisdiction. Kenji Narukami, a student of the Narukami Dragon God Style for fighting demons, arrives to Akebono to fight the demons, eventually getting his wish when he is transformed to Ryukendo and faces off against Jamanga's forces together with his friends in order to restore peace in the community.

A Toku show that aired in 2006. Kenji Narukami comes to the small town of Akebono, where the city's Power Spot is of great interest to the demonic Jamanga. Dr. Worm and an assortment of others send down monsters that defy description in an attempt to gather "Minus Energy" - the negative feelings from people- to revive the Big Bad. Enter the Madan Warriors. Their Empathic Weapons of Choice, Gekiryuken and Gouryugun, along with a collection of magical keys, are the only things that can set things right. Along the way, newcomer Koichi Shiranami joins in, the villains start to turn on each other, and the series' 52-episode run comes to a fulfilling conclusion. It later got a Spiritual Successor in Tomica Hero Rescue Force.

When demons threaten the people of peaceful Akebono City by stealing their Minus Energy, it's up to the secret organization SHOT (made up of members of the Akebono police station) to protect the community. New arrival Kenji Narukai, determined to fight the demon army, joins up with SHOT to help save the day.

The series follows the Madan Warriors, a group of super-powered warriors with the ability to summon an animal spirit (or JuuOh), battling and preventing the evil forces of the demon army Jamanga from draining the citizens of Akebono City's Minus Energy to complete their sinister goals.—The Lost Media Wiki
