An illiterate rural girl changes herself into a modern and urban one to get the right of her husband.

Fuli is an illiterate village girl lives with her old mother in a hut. She saves the life of an influential person of village who is about to sinking into water when he was attacked by epilepsy. He becomes very much grateful at this and want his son to marry off with her. But his son Sohel does not like her and loves another girl named Fancy. Fuli comes to Dhaka to live with her husband after marriage but Sohel does give her proper right as a wife. Incidentally, she gets lost and found by Fancy's mother, Salma.
