Macie on a Good Day is a heartwarming and dynamic drama about three sisters anchored by amazing performances by newcomers Jen Santos, Maria Sole and Elizabeth Archibeque. Macie (Jen Santos) is a twenty-three year old woman with IDD (Individual with Developmental Disability)who is in love with her gay hairdresser Steven (Peter Sikalias) who once said to her "If I liked girls, you had better watch out." Which Macie takes to mean, once she's a woman they will get married and have children together. Megan (Elizabeth Archibeque) is Macie's primary caregiver who believes she is completely undesirable by men. When she get's the rare opportunity to go on a date with mysterious suitor from Miami (Brandon C. Lay), she enlists Abby (Maria Sole) to take on the responsibility of watching Macie for just one day.
