A maniac with a Mac 10 machine gun, goes about murdering mafiosi and stealing their money. Infuriated, the mod hire washed up cop Winchester (Marland Proctor) to find the maniac and stop him.

A maniac with a Mac 10 is hired by Albert Eskinazi, to murder mafiosis and steal their money. Alberts plot is to by the Vegas Shotel from the mob, using the mob's money. Infuriated at the loss of their money, the mafia hire a washed up policeman; Winchester (played by Marland Proctor) to go after the gunman. The mob promises to reinstate Winchester back into the police force if he succeeds. Winchester utilizes the help of Chocktaw( a half Native American) and a prostitute (played by Christian Cardan) in his quest to find the killer.—The Cinemafanatic
