The orphan is a Moroccan televised series that tells the story of Saida, a young woman who learns that she has been adopted. This tragic truth upsets her life and pushes her to seek out her biological family, something that displeases her adoptive family, the Mimouni who find in this attitude a non recognition of Saida towards them. Despite the disincentives of her adoptive parents, Saïda begins to gather clues to trace her deceased parents, and to know her true identity. In the course of her research, Saïda discovers that the Mimouni have stolen her heritage and especially that her real mother is not dead .—Mohamed Nesrate
