The main characters in this Egyptian taboo topical drama are a group of four close female friends, each suffering from a different psychological disorder and sharing a hatred toward men. The women get entangled with a group of three men who are also suffering from psychological problems of their own. The leader of the group of women is Nana, who works as a fashion designer. She expresses great anguish when her girlfriend Salwa says that her father is arranging for her to wed one of his co-workers. Another member of the group, Elham, is a kleptomaniac who takes sexual pleasure from stealing and is eventually arrested by the police. The fourth woman in the group is Fifi. Adel, one of the male characters and a con-man, takes an interest in Nana, but Fifi tells him that Nana "does not like men, she has a complex."
