Matthew intends to help a stranger only to discover that the danger is closer to him than expected.

MATTHEW (20) and his flatmate DEAN (21) are both students enjoying a few drinks, while talking via webcam to strangers on Camcircle. Dean eventually leaves the house for more alcohol. When Dean leaves, LINDA appears on Matthew's Chatroulette screen. She looks rough and is crying. Matthew first thinks it is a prank, but Linda begs for help and mentions she's home alone with an intruder in her house and she's hiding in a closet. Matthew agrees to help and as he's on the phone to call the police, Linda types in her address. It turns out to be the same as Matthew's address. Matthew freaks out and tries to leave the house, but the front door will not open. He is trapped. Linda creepily sings while Matthew dreadfully searches for her, armed with a trusty beer bottle as a weapon. He eventually finds her. However, the closet she was in is empty. Relieved Matthew lets his guard down, thinking it was a prank after all, only for Linda to suddenly truly appear and take his life.—Anonymous
