Lukochuri is a sitcom and narrates the story of two thieves and how they eventually save a child's life and also help reforming the society.

Joy and Subho are two notorious thieves.Subho has a crush on Tia who also cons people. Joy has a crush on every girl he comes across. Meanwhile a terrorist group called Jama Te Terricot enters Kolkata and aims to destroy all 3 star and 5 star hotels, but they have no arms. They decide to kidnap the D.S.P' son and get Rs 4 lakhs as ransom money with they aim to buy weapons. They kidnap the boy .One night Joy and Subho go to a building under construction where they hide their things where they see the D.S.P's son tied and unconsciousness. They free him and take him away. The terrorists come to know that Joy and Subho have taken him away. He disguises himself as a sadhu, but the boy recognizes him and faints. Joy and Subho take him to a hospital and discover that the boy has a heart problem. The terrorists get hold of the boy and hold him hostage. Joy and Subho go back to Sahapur colony and rescue the D.S.P's son.
