Lovers is a very original feature film, produced with the support of Emilia Romagna Region in Italy and private investors. It can be considered an author movie, but also a comedy and a drama. Due to his symmetric plot, Lovers finally ends up talking about the importance of culture, and how much literature is still the basic of our society. Lovers also speaks about all the issues coming from bad literature, and the cultural damages coming from that.
