In 1993, photographer Paul Perrier takes a portrait of a man in Negril, Jamaica who calls himself 'Rasta'. Paul promises to mail him a picture upon his return home but loses his address. Thirteen years later, Perrier returns with his wife, two young daughters and the framed photograph, looking for 'Rasta'. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack, but miraculously he was able to find him and honour the promise he made on the beach.
