A film that searches the dilemma of a middle age couple Ellen and Michael Hall, who have lost their only child tragically in a car accident. They are desperately seeking to adopt. They foster a young girl and after several months the child welfare service decide that in the interests of the young girl, that she should be removed from the care of the Halls.—Marcella
