The rambunctious human and alien duo must hunt down Dr. Jumba Jookiba's 625 other experimental creatures infesting Hawaii.

Lilo and Stitch continue their adventures with their ohana (family). Their mission is to find experiments created by Jumba and rehabilitate them. But Lilo and Stitch also have to protect the experiments from Gantu, who plans on delivering the experiments to his cranky boss, Dr. J.V.
