A dangerous epidemic is breaking out in a developing country in Africa. A Russian brigade of volunteers arrive to replace the international medical team that has fled. They are joined by a local infectious disease doctor and a brilliant Russian virologist who are working to produce the needed vaccine. But an international pharmaceutical corporation is starting a real spy operation against Russian virologists. The heroes will not only have to fight for their cause, desperately saving thousands of lives, but also to figure out the "mole" that has penetrated their ranks.
