Let Them Be Kids is a grassroots documentary by first time film maker Gina Lopez Hill. It tells the inspirational story of 5 Canadian Communities and their efforts to build a playground for their children. It follows each of the five communities as they go through the trials and tribulations of fund raising, gathering volunteers, and all that comes with trying to do what others have been unable to accomplish. In the end they learn that it was never really about a playground, but about building a sense of Community and inspiring hope in others.—Anonymous
