In the mid-1990s, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, a department was created at the MUR to combat organized crime and banditry. The group consisted of 12 people, two old Zhiguli cars and one mobile phone. Lieutenant Colonel of the Criminal Investigation Igor Klepko received the head of the department. At the same time, a gang of Aleksakhin nicknamed Rocky appeared and began to actively operate in Moscow.—Tango Papa
