Emi, a struggling, nearly 30-year-old actress, returns to her hometown for the first time in twelve years. While on the surface all seems to be as she left it, the truth is her childhood friends have grown into responsible adults forcing Emi to confront realistic matters - marriage, pregnancy, economic hardship, and aging.
