Harry, Laura, John and Rashmi have remained unnoticed in their university offices for years. Now, though, funding is low, and Bernard, their eccentric boss, plans to put a rocket silo where they sit, whether they are still there, or not.

Harry leads a university research team (Laura, John and Rashmi), looking into novel ways to communicate with aliens ,or they don't. In fact, they've managed to survive, relatively unnoticed, for several years now hardly doing anything at all. That is until their funding runs out. Added to that their boss, Bernard, wishes to kick the team out so he can personally use their offices for a new rocket silo. Over the ensuing weeks, the team must come up with some innovative ways to deflect Bernard's attentions, as well as trying something completely new, coming up with some results of their own.—Simon Birks
