A chorus girl falls in love with a wealthy young man, but their relationship is jeopardized by her mother's fears about the reaction of his family.

Former burlesque star Mae and her daughter Peggy dance in the chorus. When Mae has a fight with featured dancer Bubbles, Bubbles leaves the show and Peggy takes her place.
