On board a transit bus are fiften French and Belgian farm workers. They are heading for the farmlands of Romania, which has only recently been accessioned into the European Union. As we follow this westbound bus, we begin to understand the brutal changes brought on by the shift from a centralized economy to a market economy, to observe the 'new European's' response faced with the arrival of their occidental cousins and to follow the 'pioneers'' expectations and reservations.
