The Serious Mystical Services was a Secret Mexican Governmental Office open by the President Lazaro Cardenas in 1930. The office was run by the honorable Dr. Laguna Verde. The mission of the Office, and his agents, was to keep away the black forces, from mixing with government affairs, and to help nourish and flourish, light force, into the art and education. Very soon the Mexican government was tricked by the party into selling theirs souls to the black forces, the office was then betrayed, the agents eliminated, and the achievements of the Mystical Services whipped out from history books.
