La femme is a singaporean chinese modern family drama mainly emphasizing on the lives of three women of different traits.

Bao Yu, her cousin Min Min and good friend Xiu Hui always hang out together. Hailing from Penang, Bao Yu is a model wife who is obedient to her husband Jia Jie. Xiu Hui is the Vice-President of a bedding firm. She is helpless when her husband resigns from his job as a lawyer to become a house-husband to take care of their child. Min Min is in the beauty business and although she has a boyfriend Xing Xiong, she doesn't intend to settle down.
