Two estranged brothers are forced to fight and pursue an overwhelmingly dangerous force.

After leaving a life of crime behind him, Elias decides to help his drug-abusing brother Feeliks to defeat his addiction and sets out to meet him with his supportive common-law wife Aurora. After their meeting, the situation slips out of control with violent consequences when another party shows up to meet Feeliks. From there begins an all-night chase in the middle of a city. Darkness falls, minds are shattered and primal instincts take over.
