The movie focuses on the marital relationship of a grocery store owner.

For Kunjananthan, his shop is his life. Handed over to Kunjananthan by his father, the shop is owned by Chenoli Nambiar. Nambiar want to sell all the shops in the junction to clear his debts. He can get a good price too but has evict all the shops before he can sell them. All except Kunjananthan is willing to do so. For him the shop us the memory of his father. His obsessive attachment to the shop has even caused a rift between him and his wife.
