At the Soviet north nuclear power plant there is an accident: the destruction of the technological channel of the RBMK reactor. A special commission comes here and finds out that, on the one hand, the accident has the fault of the chief engineer of the nuclear power plant, and on the other - obvious errors in the calculation of the reactor. Full-scale surveys were made in the Murmansk region - at the Kola NPP in Polyarnye Zori, as well as in the city of Kirovsk.—V.A
