The Snegirev family is preparing to celebrate the New Year together for the last time, after which Anfisa and Igor will tell their son Roma about the divorce.

On the way to a sad holiday, the Snegirevs car falls into a parallel world, and the heroes accidentally free the evil wizard Kolotun from captivity, and Romka steals the power of a magical artifact - the Chronotron. Now, in order to save Romka, the New Year and the future of both worlds, the Snegirevs will have to fight Kolotun.
