After Kôji Shiraishi watches a horrifying VHS tape, a mysterious woman calling herself 'Karame' calls him. Telling Shiraishi to "investigate Keisuke immediately". In addition, Karame sends Shiraishi a video clip showing Keisuke and Yuki entering Keisuke's room without permission and being filmed in secret. This incident prompts Shiraishi to start his own investigation.
