Two children who have psychic powers use them to avenge the death of their father, who was murdered by a biker gang.
Deputy Blanchard (Fabian) arrives to his new job in a coastal town. He talks to the locals to get a feel of the area. One of these locals is professor Morris (Marvin Miller) who home schools is twin son and daughter, since his wife passed away a few years back.
While giving a RV a ticket, he notices a Porsche drive by at top speed. He follows the car until he meets with the driver, stalled on the side of the road because of mechanical malfunction. Nora Dennis (Marilyn Burns) was on her way to visit the professor to inspect the performance of the twins. The Deputy offers her help and they leave to go to town.
Some bikers pass by the professors place and decide to skinny dip in a large vat, located on the property. The professor tells them to leave and they end up killing him. The kids use their special powers, inherited by their mother, to carry their father inside the home.
Dad always told them not to use their powers in front of others. A drunken real estate man comes knocking and not being able to hide the fate of their father, they use him to kill the man. They then decide to send dear old dad after the bikers to teach them a lesson.
A couple of the bikers were camping on the beach. That night dear old dad appears to them and kills them both. A couple of anglers finds the bodies and calls the Deputy.
The kids use Dad to take them to the beach. A couple of bully surfers are though a lesson by dad as well.
One of the bikers is stopped in another town and the police find the wallet of the professor. The Sherriff calls the deputy and the deputy agrees to find out why it wasnt reported. The Sheriff has no choice but to release the biker.
The two bikers decide to go back to the professors house and find out why the murder was never reported and to make sure the kids never tell.
They arrive at the house and Nora is there waiting for the father. She tries to escape but they kidnap her, and take her to where the kids are located.
The kids were in the process of digging a grave for their father and had buried him when Nora and the bikers arrive. They re-animate the dad and he kills one of them. The Deputy arrives just in time before anyone else is hurt, but the biker escapes.
The Deputy chases after the biker and ends up killing him in a gunfight.
The kids explain why they were hiding their powers to Nora. Not knowing what will happen with the kids, we see the Professors car startup and the movie ends.
