The film is an exploration of young love between Nandini, a young modern day college student who holds on to traditional values and Arjun, a rich, carefree guy.

Nandini (Sreeleela) is a young, carefree college student, whose motto in life is to enjoy herself, so much so that she is often suspended from class for daydreaming. She then chances upon Arjun (Viraat), when she manages to accidentally damage his car. When Arjun demands that she compensates him for the damage, she offers to work for him as his assistant, to avoid informing her parents and facing their wrath. They strike a deal for Nandini to work with him for 72 days, a time in which she begins to have feelings for him, but is not able to broach the subject with him. As it turns out, Arjun also realizes that he misses Nandini and decides to follow her all the way to Madikeri to woo her. Strangely enough, she rejects his proposals. Why, though?—Vinay Lokesh
