In Season 1 of this series we follow Kimberly, a rather kooky artist with a penchant for scaring people, as she undertakes the task of creating an elaborate Halloween party. While trying to create props, and sets to transform her apartment from the mundane to the fantastic world of "The Upside Down" inspired by the Netflix series "Stranger Things", Kimberly battles not only an extremely tight time frame to accomplish it all, but also her own inner demons.
