Killjoy is about a 25 year old writer who has been struggling to piece together a manuscript and has his ex-girlfriend whom he has a daughter with pressuring him into getting a job to help her support their daughter and abandon his dreams of one day being a successful novelist. However she's not the only person who wants him to do this, his brother and friends also think he should do the same. He happens to mysteriously land a lot of money in his hands, but the money is taken away from him just moments after and this drags him deeper into the dark underworld of Jo'burg filled with criminals and corrupt police officials as he tries to get it back.—The Blackmagician
