Rashed kidnaps student Ismat and takes her to his house. Before he assaults her, he is surprised by the thief Raoof, who saves her, kills him, and runs away with her. Raoof confesses to Ismat that he is forced to steal in order to obtain the money needed to treat his sick daughter. She sympathizes with him and events continue.—Anonymous
