The Swedish writer, poet and actor Kent Andersson turned 70 in December 2003. Alongside the successful revues at Teater Aftonstjärnan in Gothenburg, he is above all known for the deeply socially critical plays Flotten, Hemmet and Sandlådan, which were first performed at Gothenburg's Stadsteater in the late 60s under the direction of by Lennart Hjulström.—SVT
