We are introduced to Hector Morales, a young ex con with mysterious ties to Omar and Damian Dela Vega. Throughout the film, an ominous entity known only as The Grinning Man is seen to stalk our main characters. Who he is and what exactly his intentions are to remain a terrifying enigma.
