In 1971, the circumciser lied to the Pakistani military to save thousands of Hindu lives. The goal of the military's operation was to kill the Hindus as "Enemies of Pakistan" and "Miscreants". Three million Bengalis were killed during the Independence War. The circumciser was prosecuted for his actions. He became an outcast because he is believed to have lied while holding the Quran over his head. This unique story unfolds when a young woman interviews the circumciser as her assignment. The purpose of the project is to create a meaningful study on one citizen's contribution to the 1971 Independence War. The director, who is in charge of the project, sees an opportunity to use the research findings in the upcoming election for Parliament. He plans to get a nomination using the research as proof that he shares the views of the political party. The young female interviewer finds out that the circumciser is one of the contributors to the Independence War. The circumciser is a liberal person.
