Outside a Safeway in Astoria, Oregon, Alyssa Cuellar was accosted by a man over an "Abolish ICE" sticker on her car, and started filming him over concerns that he probably would damage the car. The man, whose name is Vince McLeod, turned out to be the husband of Moe Darling who started harassing and assaulting Alyssa.
