Kamen Rider Outsiders is a crossover anthology series exclusive to Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club. Following the events of the Kamen Rider Genms special, Kuroto Dan has won over possession of the Thouser-Intellion building from Gai Amatsu and has set up a new Genm Corp. office in it, only to be targeted by a resurgent Smart Brain corporation. From there Kuroto finds himself bumping into various Kamen Riders from all across the Rider metaverse as they all become embroiled in the schemes of Foundation X, who have returned to try and build an army of Kamen Riders.
